Family Home with Rental Income, Wilson
Due to its proximity to the University, the owner gave us a challenging task to design & build a comfy family home with a granny flat / rental accommodation for extra income. We managed to design a 4 beds 3 baths luxury family home with a 3 beds 2 baths granny flat and a lap pool on a 550sqm odd-shaped block. The owner is really happy since we were able to save them some serious cash by sticking to 1-storey house design.
Modern Home, Beckenham
The owner came to us for some advise when they found out their project builder quoted them much more than what they were promised for, but only after paying them $2000 deposit for some basic sketch. We offered them a larger modern family home through our custom design that also comes with extra selection upgrades, but for significant savings than what they were originally quoted for by their old builder. Not a difficult choice, They easily gave away their $2000 deposit and made the smart decision to build with us.
Investment House By The Beach, Golden Bay
The owner had a house plan and a quotation from one of the big project builder in WA and asked us to bring him a custom design for his builder to quote. Our custom design actually ended up saving them around $10,000 from his builder. Additionally they also got their happy tenant secured within a week of completion.
